I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS MOVING COMPANY IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT. I WAS GIVEN A PARTICULAR ESTIMATE OF 4-7 HOURS. THE MOVERS WERE EXTREMELY SLOW AND HAD TO END UP DOING THE MAJORITY OF THE MOVE WITH MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. I ENDED UP PAYING OVER $1600 FOR THE MOVE. HE CHARGED ME TAX AND STILL HASN'T BEEN ABLE TO PROVIDE AN INVOICE. HE IS CONTINUOUSLY DODGING MY CALLS AND NOT RESPONDING TO MY TEXTS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SCOTT'S MOVERS. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND WAY OVER PRICED!! NEVER AGAIN!
Excellent Moving Experience..I found Scotts Movers from Kijiji and had a wonderful experience with this company. I choose the flat rate option. The guys he send were very friendly and energetic. It took 9 hours to finish the job, but not a single time those guys complained about anything. They were professional, organized and fully equipped. They took very good care of my stuff with zero scratches anywhere. I would greatly recommend this for your move and surely you would not be disappointed.
I was in a jam and Scott and his guys really saved my move. I had gone with a different company for my move originally before finding out how unreliable they were. The company I hired didn't show up for over three hours and they never responded to my messages. I ended up calling scott day of and he was able to squeeze me in at the end of the day for a very reasonable price. The movers were extremely friendly and they were able to complete my move in less than an hour. I would highly recommend scott and his company to anyone who needs a reliable, efficient and friendly service.
Scott and his partner were polite and very quick with this double move. The minor set up issue was resolved that same day to our satisfaction. If I may offer some constructive advise to young entrepreneurs, please follow through with customer's directions and make logical decisions. We would recommend Scott Moving to others.
Wonderful experience. My family have been serial movers for the past three years and, as such, have tried three different companies. Scott's was by far the most professional, reliable, and affordable of the three. Scott's was referred to us by my sister who had used the company a couple months prior (so you could safely consider this to be two positive reviews in one).
AWEFUL...AWEFUL...AWEFUL.
Scott called me to encourage me to hire him to move my furniture only 5 kilometers down the road. He discouraged me from using other companies. I went with Scott. I emailed him to confirm 2 days before the move and he responded to my email positively. He did not show up the day of the move. He did not answer my 16 or so emails and text messages and voice mails the day of the move. He forced me and my husband to go with another mover last minute.
Service with "Scotts Movers" for me was the very best. From the 1st call of inquiry to the last box unloaded, client service was very refreshing and stress free. Highly recommended. Extremely friendly management to very helpful and courteous movers. I could not have chosen better! Thanks for everything guys!!!
