Suzy Slipcover Inc

Slow to provide slipcovers and then when cover for ottoman was too large, she promised to provide resized in a few weeks but nothing in 7 months. Does not return emails even when suggested we come to her to pick up resized cover. VERY disappointing, dont understand why a business person would act this way.

I have three kids and we have this great big couch set in our family room. The upholstery was worn right through. My husband wanted to buy something new, but I love how big and comfortable this furniture is. Suzy made covers for us from a cozy, easy clean fabric. We needed a lot of fabric so she got us a good deal. My husband loved it. I would recommend her.

Slow to return emails, does not return phone calls, and did not deliver the slipcover within timeline agreed upon.
