ICE CREAM

Our ice cream is rich, creamy, and dense. It is made from Ontario milk and cream and churned at the same low speed as our gelato and sorbet. Unlike most other ice creams, because of the low speed at which it is made, it is very dense and contains a minimum amount of air.

We make over 100 different flavours of ice cream, so you will see the selection in each store change almost every day. If there is a specific flavor you are interested in, please call your local store to see if it is available that day.

Sundaes

Each of our sundaes includes a)ice cream (or gelato, sorbet, or frozen yogurt), b)one of our house made sauces: hot fudge, hot caramel, or marshmallow cream, c)a scoop of goodies, d)whipped cream, and e)a cherry on top.

Milkshakes

We make milkshakes using our ice cream and Ontario milk – mixing it up on one of our vintage Hamilton Beach milkshake mixers.

Floats

Our ice cream floats contain one regular scoop of our ice cream and a bottle of your choice of pop from our cooler.

Affogatos

Our Italian-style affogatos is a scoop of our creamy ice cream served with a shot of hot espresso poured over the top.

ICE CREAM CAKES & PIES

Call the store nearest you to order one of our hand made ice cream cakes. Pick any flavours you want (which we have in stock that day). We cover the cake in pure whipped cream (all natural, no whipped oils!) write what you want, and decorate it with one of the following: chocolate shavings, mini scoops, or your choice of candies.

For our pies, we melt honey and butter together, and add it to fresh graham crumbs to make the delicious crusts for our ice cream pies, and then fill them with one of our many flavours of homemade ice cream. Please call ahead to see if the flavor you want is in stock.

GELATO

We use only the finest ingredients in our gelati. The pistachio gelato is made with 100% pure pistachio paste and hand chopped pistachios. Hazelnut is made with pure hazelnut paste. The chocolate in the stracciatella is Callebaut Belgian chocolate. Our gelato is made with a blend of mostly milk and some cream for a total of about 5% milkfat. Our gelato case also includes fat-free gelati, aka sorbetto.

FROZEN YOGURT

Our frozen yogurts are made using yogurt some cream and milk, and pureed fruits. Try the passionfruit or lemon frozen yogurts if you want some zing! Or go for the strawberry, blueberry, mango, or raspberry for a sweeter treat!

SORBETS

We serve our sorbets from our gelato cases. In Italy they call it ‘sorbetto’ and is offered as a fat-free gelato.
Because we make our sorbets using only pure fruit purees, sugars, and water, the flavours are very strong and remind you of eating the fruit right from the tree or plant. It also makes them ideal for vegans, for those allergic to dairy, or for anyone simply trying to avoid fats.
Try one as a milkshake and it is like having a wonderful frozen fruit smoothy!
