We were not feeling comfortable in 10 Ruddington cause it was very old building and managing doesn`t care to recovery, painting, landscaping and cleaning on time. Flooring, ceiling and walls were so old and they didn`t renovate it from many years ago. back door is near garbage and smelling terrible, lobby and parking were in low quality, outdoor swimming pool needed repair about two years ago but managing completely changed it park ! Landscaping, gardening and cleaning was very poor.

Horrible building. NOVI property manager is hostile and threatening. The superintendents sell weed (which isn’t a bad thing). Apartment is dirty. Will not use pool. Horrible air quality. Smell what everyone is cooking on your floor. Poor water heating and always uncomfortable cold in the winter as the heaters don’t function properly. Laundry room is not fitting for the building, very inconvenient. Do not move here unless you have no choice I will be out of here when my lease is up
