Unlock A Lock

When they came, they did not follow through with what was promised over the phone. Pricing was unfortunately inconsistent in person and there was a lack of communication/ timing during my appointment. It took a while for the first key to be made, and then the second and third key they gave me before they left did not work. I paid a large sum for three keys 2/3 of those keys did not work.

I had a terrible experience with them. They up-charged me while on the job. I was quoted a lower price for my key and lock, only for them to increase the price afterwards. I do not recommend this company.

I was looking for a locksmith company to replace a lock in one of our rooms in the house. Ruby was so friendly and did a wonderful job.
