Manny has plenty of good reasons for why Percy Waters Florist has had the opportunity to serve the people of Toronto for so long. “I think our history has a large part to do with our business,” she says. “We have regulars whose grandparents bought flowers here. They trust us because we’ve been giving them consistent service and quality products for generations.”
