  2. Conduct Post Abatement Visual Clearance Verification Inspection (1)
  3. Issue Post Abatement Inspection Report upon substantial completion
  4. Inspection and cross-check of identified suspect materials to the Hazmat Report and Asbestos Bulk Sample analysis spreadsheet
  5. Sample collection WorkSafeBC compliance verification
  6. Obtain & review abatement contractor documentation including:  Asbestos Notice of Project, Air Monitoring, Waste Manifest documentation
  7. Completion of COV Hazardous Materials Report Form (HMRF)
  8. Submission of HMRF with project photos & required documentation
