We recently had ‘Move Seniors Lovingly’ assist us in a huge down-sizing, inter-city move experience. We couldn’t be more pleased with the way that this, to me, utterly overwhelming project was handled by MSL. In our newer significantly smaller new abode, we were amazed to see pictures so tastefully distributed and items so logically and practically relocated. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the way that the move was managed. We are happy to recommend ‘Move Seniors Lovingly’ to others contemplating a future move/down-sizing adventure. Their process makes it as pleasant as one can imagine.

Very helpful and not pushy at all

I purchased a new couch and mattress from this location in April 2025. Rahul and Keight were super helpful and this was one of the only furniture stores we visited where the sales team was helpful and shared information with us to help us make an informed decision rather than use high pressure sales tactics. We were promised a rain check on an upcoming sale, which made me nervous, but they honoured the discount and made it really easy to get the refund. We had the items delivered white glove and the modular sofa we ordered was not fully in stock, so came in two deliveries. When one module was delivered, the box was missing the legs. The delivery staff ordered new legs to be delivered to my home address and left me with a furniture pad to protect my floor, no questions asked. The legs arrived even before the other couch sections and the staff went above and beyond to make my experience excellent. Could not recommend Ashley enough!
