Harbour Air operates a terminal at Pioneer Waterfront Plaza, situated in the heart of Nanaimo Harbour. The waterfront terminal is conveniently located just across from the hotel, offering a quick and brief 3-minute walkOpens in a new tab. from door to door.

Does the hotel have a swimming pool/hot tub?
Unfortunately, our hotel does not have a swimming pool or hot tub. Visit our hotel's service and amenities page for more information on what we offer.
Does the hotel have onsite parking?
We have a connected parkade that is accessible through the hotel parking elevator, complete with electric vehicle charging stations. All guests are required to check in at the hotel before parking their vehicles, allowing us to provide you with the parking elevator key. For detailed pricing information, please refer to our service and amenities section.
Can I modify my reservation?

If you’re looking for a view of the harbour this is the place to be. We were in room 1010 and it was perfect. Large spacious area with a big bathroom. Here are many restaurants surrounding here as well. My husband loved walking the floats.
