I have been going to Jenn for over 6 months now and I am absolutely hooked on sugaring as my only form of hair removal. I find this method to be much more gentle than compared to waxing. Jenn offers a great space in her home that is comfortable, discreet and very professional. I highly recommend sugaring as the best form of hair removal and Jenn is just amazing and always a pleasure to see! Two great choices in one place.

I am SO lucky to find Gabriela. I will travel to the ends of the earth for her electrolysis. I will not see anyone else. I have seen excellent results. She is so exceptionally attentive, clean, and a perfectionist - even before Covid - that I always feel safe in her hands. (I lived in the UK for two years and was scarred badly by people who had thriving businesses in posh areas - charging a lot! - but clearly did not know what they were doing.) Not sure about new clients right now though!

Great place to come get your nails done, friendly clean and the ladies really know what they are doing and know how to give a client a 5 star experience. Got my acrylic nails filled here, 4 weeks with no lifting or chipping, they also have a wide range of gel colors! Stop by if youre around courtice, prices are also unbeatable!

So warm and friendly! They take their work very seriously and are so kind and personable! Had my nails done by Sarah and they came out better than I could have asked for, my manicure came out so natural and my pedicure came out so vibrant!! Flawless and shiny! They go to great lengths to follow health board laws and everything is so sanitary and clean! I was sent home with the buffers they used on me! I have been to many spas before but this one was different. The moment I walked in the staff was friendly and made me feel right at home. My day started upstairs in the spa. I had a hot stone massage. It was great. I then had a facial, followed by a pedicure and then a manicure. My treatments were by far the best I had ever experienced. I was then brought back down to the main floor where my stylist did my hair. She was great. She knew exactly the look I wanted. It was the first time I didn't feel like I had to go home and redo my hair.
I can't wait to go back and do it all again.

I attended an appointment at Opus Glow Concept Spa in Whitby on Saturday April 27. The experience was by far the best spa experience of my life. I have previously worked in the Salon and Spa business for 17 years, and have visted many Spa's as a client over the years, and none can compare to or come close to the service and attention to detail that I experienced at this spa. My Esthetician's name is Sandra and she was so very professional and efficient while being informative, friendly and warm during all my services. If you want a true spa experience with a peaceful zen atmosphere, and a healthy natural approach to skin and beauty, then this is the Spa for you. Outstanding. Three and a half hours of bliss. I will never attend another spa, this is the spa for me, and only minutes from my home and office.

I HATE having my hair cut. I could care less about it and it's always a pain to get...until I went here. Not only did I have a fantastic conversation (been back 3 times now!) But had an excellent cut. They listened when I said I'd like to try a change and offered a sensible option. Tried it. Love it. Never had so many compliments. All of them are wonderful. I will continue to return regularly. It's a NO APPOINTMENT place so if you have to wait? That's just what it is. Don't take it out on them. They are always working hard when I get there AND treating customers very well!

I haven't had the best results from my last few salon visits so I decided to try something new. A girl in one of my classes told me her stylist always had new trendy things to try with her and always loved the results. She was right! I found the plaza easily... right off the highway!... and everyone welcomed me as soon as I stepped through the door. I was surprised how nice my hair felt after.. usually it feels dry and crispy after a dye and high lights but it still feels and looks great! I'M TELLING EVERYONE!!

Love "The Cut Love" be going there for over 10 years and out of the 10 the last 3yrs i have made my way down from Keswick, ON to see Frank. The atmosphere is friendly and amicable. You go there tell them him what you want and he delivers. If he cannot get takes the time to explain why he cannot and he make suggestions what looks good and what works. If you are not sure and you give him"carte blanche" rest assure he will not steer you wrong.
