My car needed a significant amount of repairs and Kar Auto Parts were able to address all my needs. They have an extremely friendly staff who explained all the options to me. Even though my knowledge of cars is limited, their customer service was very professional and explained things in a simple manner. I recommend going to Kar Auto Parts for all related needs. It is my new spot I will be going to in the future.

Canadian Tire, You did something right! I normally do not write anything about stores, experiences that I have encounter, etc. Housewares.. Wednesday and raining.. Young lady gave me her card after helping me with a vacuum. So many to choose from. I'm in Waterdown, neighbor said the same.. I visited this business for the first time today-November 17, 2022 to get my winter tires put on my HONDA FIT. This vehicle is really light and definitely needs winter tires as there is no traction at all. The service at Mr.CARB was impeccable. The owner, Domenic, greeted me with a friendly smile and quick advice. The service was done before I had finished my work calls while waiting. The service charge was reasonable and Domenic's advice after was so helpful. I will definitely visit again!

My husband and I are from Georgia , our 2015 Impala engine light came on and of course we panicked being here in Canada. We went to the dealer on Upper James and was truly impressed at the fast service and the incredibly knowledgeable wonderful woman at the desk. She gave us directions to places to eat nearby while the car was being serviced asking if we needed a shuttle, also offered us coffee or tea . My husband asked questions which she quickly responded with kindness and actual concern. ty

I have known Nisal for years now and he has been excellent with me and all my business dealings with his company. I have read some of the negative comments on here about his company and I find it shocking. Nisal is a decent guy and he wants your business and will do what it takes to get it. I know for a fact that if a customer is put out for any reason, that he will do what it takes to make his customer happy. This is just my own experience here. Signed Tony the paramedic guy !

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

I was in this Canadian Tire today exchanging a door security set and I experienced customer service at such a high level. The team went beyond expectations to find the product I needed and was very positive and proactive . Great people and a great team at this store. A nice surprise.

I bought a couple of cans of spray paint from these guys last summer, one for my old Raleigh Bike i was restoring and one for my present day vehicle. I just finished doing the spoiler and rear tail light covers. I must admit these paints are a precise match to both. The gloss that it left on the surface is unbeatable. I highly recommend seeing these guys for any automotive touch ups you require. They will mix right on the spot. Really impressed. Will need to go back and get some more cans.

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well.
