This clinic was so friendly and is doing their absolute best given the COVID situation. We did have to wait a while for our test but they are dealing with patients coming from all over york region while still handling their regular clinic work. The doctor was so sweet and kind. I just received my hearing aids a week ago and one of them stopped working. I call Alon and he said could I come in and see him in an hour. We went right away and he checked out the hearing aid and found I had a dead speaker. He replaced the speaker for me right there and we were on our way. Before I even purchased them I called him a few time for information and he always took time to explain everything. 1st consult today, Dr. Gray, was very clear explaining to me the status of my condition. What I really liked about Dr. Gray during my visit he swiveled his monitor to show and tell in simple language, very compassionate and would follow up. In the waiting area, his other patients highly spoke of him - I felt already at easy prior to our meet (Hey!
