Fantastic company, we have dealt with them many times over the years and have never been disappointed. When our condo association changed companies last year we were surprised. We had a no heat situation the other night when we came home and called the assigned contractor after many attempts we could not even leave a message. I decided to call Thermokline Mechancial and they came to my home within 2 hours, advised me which part and how much.

We had an issue with a noisy furnace and could not identify the root of the problem. We called AW Mechanical who came out the next day and replaced the blower motor on the spot which solved the problem. Tony also explained what caused a blower motor in a 4 year old furnace to break down in such a short space of time. It's amazing what we don't know about some of the most expensive and important systems in our homes. Tony was on time and knew his stuff. I definitively recommend AW Mechanical.

Our furnace was not functioning well on Sunday. We called Lou and he sent his son Antony within 2 hours. The problem was an air duct filter which needed to be changed. There was no charge.
