I forgot my best friends birthday, and was in a real panic, I called Flowers for Canada and the lady I spoke with who took my order was extremely helpful. I cannot say enough good things about this florist! I was looking for a florist in Vancouver to deliver a floral arrangement for my mother on Mother's Day. I found this florist online, and was thoroughly impressed by the designs that I saw on their very helpful website, especially the Japanese designs. They were absolutely beautiful! Talented young girls which are very hard working. This is a place you can come to refresh yourself with beauty and have an actual comforting conversation with. I can see them from my apartment every morning. The one small girl is always ten minutes early before the others with her big coffee and high black boots ready to get started. The flowers change with the season and last long. Same day delivery and great prices. Best place on lonsdale.

Suzane from Granville Island Florist was just amazing. From the very first time I met her, she was incredibly thorough. She asked me so many detailed questions such as the theme, venue, my colors, my dress, shoes, hairstyle... This proved to me that she looks at the big picture and not just the flowers. My trust in her grew tremendously. She also gave me a referral for someone who didn't work out and because of that she went above and beyond her role as a florist to ensure I have a replacement for this vendor. She was super kind and a genuinely nice person to work with. My Mom has never been a fan of flowers but she absolutely loved these flowers so much so that she has still kept the bare wish tree having removed all the perished blossoms. Suzane you were truly one of the best vendors I had the pleasure of dealing with. Thank you.

A Plus Florist (Tom) made a timely delivery of a bouquet of beautiful flowers to my wife. I was originally disappointed with an order miscommunication, as the image on the FTD website is very misleading. I contacted A Plus directly and they promptly and generously solved the issue. A real "stand-up" business and excellent flower arrangements!
I would recommend them again, but definitely call them direct and avoid the online "wire service" FTD.

The girls at la Belle Fleur flower shop are the best! Tracy and her fantastic girls go that extra mile for every customer! This place is excellent on handling orders, I try to order some Peonies for someone special For her birthday. They tried to get them in and told me straight up that they werent good, So offer me an alternative flower Garden Roses in the colour i have ask for. They have exceeded my expectations more then i can ask for, I called late night to see if i can get a rush delivery first thing in the morning and it was successful! not to mention as well that i am from Calgary, And they are located in BC

Another BBY florist did not have my order done and by chance (lucky for me) I went into Metro Flowers. I needed 7 cut flower items for 6am the following morning and it was already 7pm. I watched as the florist, on the spot, put together a beautiful arrangement for another customer and wrapped up another single flower. I told her what I needed and 10 minutes later I had it; perfect!! I was so impressed I had her make me another arrangement I had not planned on. Fast, talented, courteous!

I have used this florist a couple of times now over the past 2 years, and have found the owner to be helpful and professional. She will give you some suggestions if you are unsure of what you would like, and her prices are reasonable compared to other shops. I have purchased corsages and bouttonieres at her shop, and she has a good selection of flowers and ribbon.

The florist shop botched our son's valentine order and we complained to the owner. To their credit, the boss lady gave us one dozen free roses for the mistake which was extremely nice when we only requested a few roses that were missing from our order. Thank you for doing it right to turn a negative into a positive customer experience. Great job, too bad some others do not learn such values. Best of luck, and I've even ordered flowers for my 25 year married wife.
