I was overjoyed with the service I recieved. The staff were caring and friendly. I went in not quite sure what to send to a friends celebration of life and the two women there helped me get the best arrangement for him. My friends family request information on where I went to get such a beautiful arrangement made for their son. They still have it to this day. I found the staff knew what questions to ask me to get the best for a friend I lost to cancer. Thank you and I would definitely go back.

The Kipling location has served my family twice. There was a different person attending to all our needs and questions. Both provided information as to options and costs. At no time did we feel any pressure to request services beyond what we had in mind on arrival.
The staff was professional, courteous, and understanding.
Although the reason for going there is a sad one, yet the environment is bright and uplifting.

I found the service and staff at Bernardo to be of excellent quality. Everyone was extremely helpful and Gabe was able to handle all my questions and needs before, during and after the funeral.

I attended a visitation for a close friend who had passed away. I was impressed with the facilities which were modern and clean. The staff were professional and kind. The funeral director who prepared my friend for viewing did an excellent job as he looked so good and that brought back memories to the days when he was well and we had fun. Overall they did a great job and provided compassionate service in a spotless environment.

Hi I recently visited my grandparents resting site after 20 years as I live overseas. I got the address from my uncle and rented a car . The place was very inspiring and well maintained went i arrived and it didn't feel like a cemetery indeed... or at least like how they normally are. The office were very helpful in getting the details of the location and after some hot coffee, we were escorted to the site. They left us alone and I thanked them. thank you Highlands !!

Services provided included 24 hr pickup from assisted living / long term care facilities in Burlington and Brampton , cremation service , viewing and memorial mass at the In Memoriam Funeral home in Mono .
Randy and his staff are extremely caring and professional , with great attention to detail and specific family requests .
