Just had my keratin treatment and my hair is gorgeous, paid a bit more but the results are beyond perfect. I went to Scruples to get my hair cut, highlighted and styled. I was tired of my natural black hair and wanted to change my look. My haircut was done by Giancarlo, who helped make my thick, bulky looking hair look much more soft and not as heavy as it felt. My highlights and styling was done by Alexandria and I absolutely loved the job she did! She helped me achieve the look I wanted. She has brought in new services and with it new customers and at the same time ensured that it is very friendly and it is like going to see family. My experience here at Salon Gaboa was exceptional. My stylist is Frank and he is a master at his craft. The cleanliness and precautions they take with every client is amazing I felt extremely safe and watched the entire staff sanitize each station and all of there tools. Bella Mia was recommended to me by a friend, whose sister-in-law had her hair done there by Armando and spoke very highly of the salon. I decided to get my hair cut (going from long to quite short) and went in to book an appointment. I was booked in with Harriet for the following Saturday. Harriet didn't want to cut my hair too short, seeing as it was a drastic difference and suggested leaving it a little longer, then if I decided, I could go back and have it shortened. I did go back, and I have to say for someone who doesn't like going to the hairdresser that I will definitely go back. Harriet did such an amazing job on my hair and I love it more than I thought I ever would. She understood exactly what I wanted with the colour as well as the cut and it turned out perfectly. I am so thrilled to finally have had a positive experience with a hairdresser as well as the salon itself.
