Our fridge was not working 9PM. Booked online on their website and got a confirmation email back booking the appointment for the next day. Super nice lady called me back on the phone around 8:30AM the next day. Tech arrived on time and had the parts needed to fix the problem. Everyone was excellent to deal with. Very professional! I needed my refrigerator repaired, It was leaking water at the bottom of the unit. I called quality appliance repair and asked for a repair man to stop by. He came out to my residence, examined the refrigerator and started to work on it. He repaired the unit quickly. Apparently there was a hose leaking that needed to be repaired. Here's my review of Bestway: You can shop around at the big-box stores and get the lowest price for your ultra high-end just-like-a-theatre-in-your-home experience, and you'll probably save a few bucks. Or, you can shop at Bestway where Ross and Byron and their staff have been for years and won't steer you wrong. They're very knowledgeable about the whole viewing experience, they started Bestway what? 30+ years ago? Anyway if you want unrivaled customer service and support, I recommend Bestway. I'm very thankful that I'm able to shop at this privately-owned TV and appliance store here in Calgary.
