Had good and bad experiences here. When I first bought my iphone the lady that was handling the set up was very unprofessional, and treated the new phone like it was hers, touching and leaning on the box. Went in again today to transfer my moms phone to my old iphone and Andy the associate was very courteous and professional, did everything that had to be done. Thanks AndyLire plus

I recently brought in my recently acquired (and used) blackberry 9000 to be fixed. The customer service was professional and helpful.
I had been promised my phone would have been fixed (the price was quoted) in 2 business days. When I called to see the status of my phone I was told it would be ready the next day. When I called the following day I was told again that my phone would be ready the next day. Yes, there can be delays in delivery of parts but I think if you commit to a time frame and you're unable to meet that deadline the least you can do is attempt to call and update me on the status. For that reason I give a 4/5.
I can't comment on the price as I have nothing else to compare it too but I will say that they kept to their initial estimate.Lire plus
I don’t write reviews but I had to for this place because the service I got was outstanding. The guy working there (Garry) really helped me out. He was surprisingly very patient with me even though I kept asking him to explain stuff and repeat things for me because I have short memory and very little attention span. In the end I walked out with a brand new phone and a better plan. Highly recommend.Lire plus
The customer service I must say is quite exceptional. Sam’s quality of service convinced me to switch over to Chatr. It is quite obvious that Chatr trains their employees to demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills as I clearly said I told him what I needed and he delivered. This location is located in Empress walk over 2 floors. Easily accessible by subway. They staff there were able to answer my questions and give suggestions on what I needed. Good if you live in the area or reach by TTC.Lire plus

Bongo Wireless is hands down the best place to get your phone fixed in the GTA. I went to Bongo after my Samsung GS4 was receiving a "No Sim Card" error.
Long story short: Bell couldnt fix it, Bongo did. Bongo saved me time, money and hassle.
