The very angry comment that has been posted is surely an anomaly. We shop at this Loblaws frequently and find it has a great selection of goods, friendly service, and, yes, easy parking. Its one of my favourite grocery stores.

I had the pleasure of having an associate named Heather assist me. I had to return 2 products that were spoiled..I did not have my receipt. I called the 1-800 No Frills help line, and they told me it was at the discretion of the store if I could get it replaced, without additional cost....Heather was exceptional. She was friendly and courteous..she listened. It was not an ordeal...If it hadn't have been for Heather, I probably would have stopped shopping there. She is an asset, and I thank her

I love this store. The management has improved its appearance and overall quality over the past few years, but the family-owened store has always been a favourite among locals for its convenience, prices, garden centre and deli. The only grocery store on the eastern side of the river, it holds key importance for military families' busy lives. It is a local treasure with a family atmosphere that is welcoming in a way that is becoming rare among grocery establishments.

I love shopping in Verona Foodland. Staff is delightful and always ready to help if needed. Always ready to place an order if needed. All the produce is always fresh. I have never needed to return anything. Sincere Thanks to all the staff for excellent service over the years. I am going to miss you all after we have moved away in March.
