JR has been here twice. Once to fix my oven and once to fix my dryer. He was professional, friendly and showed me what was wrong with my appliances, so I could learn.
My only feedback is the time when he said he would be here. He was later than that.

I had a short opportunity to work with them delivering appliances and because of some physical limitations was unable to stay on. I can say this. I have NEVER met more genuinely decent and honest people. These folks have been in business for 40 years and I can see why. They deserve your business. I was very impressed by the last service call. I have been using Omer Refrigeration & Heating for several years and was always satisfied. The last service call was about the furnace that needed to be replaced on a Saturday afternoon. Omer was outstanding at negotiating to get a furnace with the supplier that was closing in two minutes. Omer got the furnace, they worked until 900 p.m. to complete the installation. That is customer service! at it's best!

Great people to work with. We’ve been with them since 1984. Two houses. And, a few appliances later.
EXCELLENT.
It took the oven 5 weeks to the day to arrive. But, that was due to border crossings and a colour choice.
The people there are very knowledgeable and very helpful. We will use them again for the next appliance.
