RG fixed my grinding Samsung dryer with the original part from the manufacturer effectively. He explained the diagnostic process, identified the problem and fixed it quickly. He charged for diagnostic service, part at cost, and time by the type of job performed per his workbook; a new pricing experience for me, nevertheless, I am happy with the process and result.

Oven board relay was broken. New part was min $600 and one technician was surprised we would consider replacing it and not just buying an entire new oven. Our oven is only 2 years old. Doug took the board and fixed the relays instead and I am so happy we didn't have to buy a new oven. I know he is hard to get a hold of sometimes but he is very kind and helpful, just very busy.
