United Movers were very polite and careful with the pieces. Goods were well protected from damage and move went smoothy and on time.I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to move.
I couldn't have asked for better service, then what I got from these guys. They were on time, wrapped my things with care and were just all around good people! They came in and moved my tiny two bedroom apartment to my new house and were very careful with everything they moved. They even went as far as to unload everything into its proper place for me to be able to unpack it with ease. They were extremely professional, but also knew when to joke around a little. It made for a very relaxing and comfortable experience! I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat! It was such a pleasure to meet you and your workers, Henry! Thank you for the best moving experience I've had! When I move into my mansion, you'll be the first call on my list!
Basically with all the headaches and stresses of moving, i just wanted a moving conpany to come and move our belongings without any headaches. Called 3 moving companies in Fort McMurray. One couldnt meet my schedule and the other was $220/hr and couldnt give me a flat rate or estimated time. So all i wanted was to budget appropiately and i was definetly not paying $220/hr and have 2 guys come and milk hours on my watch. United Moving came in and were able to give me an honest estimate and i was very pleased with the superior service. Dont even bother with the rest, just call the best: United Moving and Hauling! Keep up yhe good work guys!

I just wanted to post and say how pleased I was with this business and the work they did! Money has been tight lately, my husband, me and our 4 children moved on very short notice from Fort Mcmurray to the Crowness Pass, they were able to squeeze us in last minute, 3 guys came to our house they were very kind and considerate and very careful with all of our belongings, They loaded all of our stuff onto the truck, drove it to our new place and then unloaded it yet again and put all of the boxes/furniture in the proper places and rooms so unpacking was 100x easier on me!! I was so pleased with the quality of work they did for such a great price! I recommend this moving company! Especially if you are very busy or stressed and just need some of that taken off your shoulders, thank-you so much United!!
Me and my Boyfriend had a moving company bail out on us, we had less then 24 hours to find another company, I am sure anyone can understand the stress near end of month. I called United, and they were quick to answer our call, and was surprisingly able to fit us in between jobs. We were able to get everything moved, and it took much less time then we imagined! Three people showed up looking professional, and they showed care in their work. If I were too move again, I wouldn't think twice before
Called United, and got an answer right away. When I set up a day and time they were there on time and carried them self very professionally. During the move they were careful and protected my belongings, couldn't have been happier. If there is a moving company to trust United Moving is the company to go for! Thank you again guys!
I called united moving to get a quote to move my furniture from a basement suite to an apartment and was surprised by the low cost of the move. Three guys came a few days later on the day of the move and were very friendly and professional. They did a great job with wrapping each piece of furniture and ensuring every piece arrived in the right spot, with no damage. I highly recommend this company if you want the job done right.
The movers got here on time. The three guys who came up were nice and friendly. These movers did wonders on the spot! They were working easily, using tools, lots of protection covers and other facilities. They unscrewed my furniture to be easier to carry it out ( then they put it back together). Also they've been very patient. I am very happy with this residential movers.

I have recently used United Moving for a local move here in Fort McMurray. The staff were friendly and helpful. They wrapped everything properly and everything arrived in great condition. I was extremely impressed with the pricing as opposed to a few other companies here in town. I would highly recommend this company.
This company and owner were unprofessional and rude. They will not move your property with care, and will demand more money if he believes "extra" work is needed and will hold your property hostage. I would not use this company again, nor recommend them to anybody.

In the moving industry, there are typical moves which yes do end up with extra charges when more than what was expected happens, when balance in full hasn't been paid, a lien goes on the contents, it is no different than a storage facility if you don't pay a lien gets put on the contents and in turn you don't get your stuff until its paid in full. Basic rates and contracts are there as a guide line, when extra work is added extra charges are incurred. We here at United Moving and Hauling pride ourselves in service. We pride ourselves in taking care of our customers to the highest possible standard. We are sorry you are unhappy with your move because extra charges were accumulated, however, in all fairness, we did do a lot of extra work and it was above and beyond the contract. Writing terrible reviews of us over a cost that was accumulated for such work, was actually quite surprising, to all of us here with UM&H. If you felt inconvenienced any way, there were many other options to resolve such matters. Feel free to contact me if you have any further response, and I will gladly help take care of the matter.
totally impressed ,the movers show up 9 am on the time , they covered all my floor with blankets and they start to wrap all my furniture it was really very good job . no damage on my walls or furniture , the price was so fair and those guys made my move so much fun didnt even feel any stress . Thanks for the united moving & hauling team highly recommended .
Amazing service ,Thanks for united moving team , the guys delivered my stuff to bc in less than 48 hours , great and clean job , no damages or any surprises for the payment , the boys been so respectable too with my family i do recommend this company and i will always use them .

Wanted check before doing the job. Simply fridge move turned really sour for these guys, tried to extort more money, wanted cash, totally unprofessional service from the owner Henry Ali, was such a pain right from the first phone call. Really unpleasant and unsatisfactory service. Be warned.
