Called them to install a hot water tank that was not purchased through them. When asked if we did, and stated no, was told to go find another plumbing outfit. Horrible attitude and non-existent service.

GK answered my frantic call, when I needed a plumber not now but RIGHT NOW. Dispatch was extremely helpful and my tech was extremely accommodating. I can't say enough good things about this company; I've used them several times and they always go above and beyond. From Dispatch to Service to Billing, Everyone I've been in contact with is friendly and helpful, and the invoice is always more than fair.
