Diamonds by Verage

Had my wife's wedding set redesigned for our 20th. Verage has always been kind, professional and his heritage brings a millenium of skill and it shows! On several items during the design process, I deferred to his expertise where he believed a potential flaw could be created. Whether a surgeon, mechanic or goldsmith makes recommendations based on years of experience and craft, I take it very seriously. When he recommended the bands be heavier for strength, I did so. After having Verage make many rings for our family I expected better service.He made my wedding band and in the first year I had It, I lost a total of 9 diamonds and had to constantly leave my ring to be fixed. I finally had it and asked for a refund, and he refused and was very rude saying I damaged the ring. Even though I do not work with my hands,and spent the last six months going through chemo treatments and sat at home recovering. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

Verage spent hours and hours working on my custom ring. He was wonderful to work with, always willing to answer any questions I had, professional, and really went over and above to make sure I was happy.
