Charlene's customer service was extremely poor. She made us feel like we were inconveniencing her every time we contacted her for clarification. Does not work well under pressure and time constraints. Service and communication was slower than expected from a notary that charges as much as she does. She is overly confident in her work due to being in the industry a long time, but that does not automatically make her a good notary. We will never use services again.
