I was in a bind, and they were all booked up for the day, but they took me in anyway ! They replaced two bad tires, and even gave me a deal on the new ones !! I cannot say enough about this shop !! Five stars ***** and two thumbs up, the best in Kelowna !!!

Had 4 new winters put on. They were actually manufactured in 2014. They balanced incorrectly first time. Made an appointment to fix it. They said They fixed it. I go to leave and they messed up the 2nd time by incorrectly filling my air pressure which set off my alarm. I then leave and proceed to drive. Balance was even worse. I had to pay another tire shop to fix the problem. All 4 tires were 3 oz - 4.5 oz out. No apology and indirectly called me a liar. Worse tire shop I've ever dealt with
