As a finance professional, I deal with appraisers, analysts and consultants every day. Intercity Appraisals is among the worst companies that I have dealt with during my career. I will be making a professional standards complaints against them for the following reasons: 1) the appraiser who performed my appraisal is a candidate appraiser and failed to disclose that fact (as required by CUSPAP) during written correspondence; 2) they failed to perform a physical inspection of my property

Horrible experience with appraiser Richard Sieb. He spent all of 10 minutes in our home. Very inacurrate appraisal. We had to do our own leg work to provide up to date comparisons as Richard used year old comparisons for our appraisal. We had to request a re-appraisal with this company since the first appraisal was so inaccurate....and again they didn't even come close to current market comparisons. A complete waste of time and money. Do not use this company!
