Fantastic office and handled my insurance with care. Very knowledeable- even realized my safe driving discount was not as high as it was supposed to be and got me more off of my car insurance! Nice, beautiful office with very friendly staff. Very happy to have BCAA so close to my home!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Did not have an appointment but they were able to squeeze me in even though they were busy. Very knowledgeable and offered me coffee and hot chocolate while I waited. They also have a shuttle available- awesome! Will definitely come back.

Would always come back to this location as they have very friendly staff and their new building is very nice. There is a lot of room to park my car and the wait times are very reasonable. Due to the high traffic area, I'm surprised at their speed to help clients effectively and efficiently. Would recommend South Surrey BCAA to all my friends, family and neighbors.

Service manager in auto mechanic shop was useless. When we told him we could smell heavy exhaust inside car, he argued and said there was no exhaust problem. Really?! Its enough to make a person ill, but we dont know what we're talking about. Also after our oil change, they washed the car with the window open. They didnt seem to care. Never going back.
