Blended Spirit

5 stars just isn't enough to truly represent my love for Blended-Spirit! This beautiful place of healing is absolutely incredible. Teresa's guidance saved my life. A year and a half ago I was at a place in my life where I had lost all hope. I was truly at rock bottom. Then I met Teresa, and she helped me do a total 180° and regain control of my life. The healing that happens here goes deep in a way that traditional therapy never could. It gave my life colour again. I am happy again.

If you’re looking to dog a little deeper into changing your life or just need to feel lighter and brighter, I definitely recommend seeing Teresa. She is so friendly and open, she welcomes you just as you are and helps to get you where you want to be. She is a truly gifted healer and insightful to what you really need, right when you need it!

I have been going to Teresa for close to 2 years. She has a natural ability to help get you through the obstacles we call fear. She guides you through accepting, bringing you to a place where you can accept and flourish. She gently pushes your boundaries, gives you homework and guides you through the decisions that hold you back. Teresa is a powerful soul and not afraid to take on the challenge.
