On July 3 I went to Shoppers Drug mart in Beeton, after night spent in Alliston ER. It was early just after 9am. They told me, drug would be ready in 30 m. Came back after 20m sat down in front of pick up stand and waited for my name to be called out. 30m passed, another 25m passed. Went to ask for it- surprise- it was ready. SDM Canada please review the store video and timing and teach how to be at least 2 tasks employee, dispensing drugs and calling out in pain customer. Store was almost empty
