WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & LIARS - DISHONEST TO THEIR CORE This is a zero star rating. I purchased flooring in May 2016. Horrific customer service then. We wanted to finish remaining floor in house and reluctantly went back to get the same wood (Feb 2019). And not because we wanted to deal w them again - because we wanted the same hardwood for a seamless look in house. They knowingly sold us hardwood knowing the finish had changed. Even though it was same item numbers on both invoices. We picked

Big WARNING DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! If you change your mind about your purchase good luck for your money back! Your own money will stress you!!!!!

Run away as fast as you can, dont get robbed. We purchased 25 boxed of no knot KUMAR was more than helpful, as we paid if full and were really happy, we asked him about padding and delivery, his response - dont worry ill take care of you - included in price. when we came to get delivered story changed. $200 delivery + $100 padding extra. No promised of no knots. They can not guarantee product will be in good shape.We paid 15% restoring fee, since we did not want to end up with broken garbage.

Purchased engineering wood at this store for my daugheter's bedroom in her condo. We got 30% of damaged planks, so we have returned them, but they did not want to exchange them. After heated discussion, they exchanged them and we got good plans in original packages, unopened. SO, they sold us damaged good, pretending to be good one and we had to fight to get it exchanged. I feel I was cheated in this store, would not recommend to anyone to go there.
