WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & LIARS - DISHONEST TO THEIR CORE This is a zero star rating. I purchased flooring in May 2016. Horrific customer service then. We wanted to finish remaining floor in house and reluctantly went back to get the same wood (Feb 2019). And not because we wanted to deal w them again - because we wanted the same hardwood for a seamless look in house. They knowingly sold us hardwood knowing the finish had changed. Even though it was same item numbers on both invoices. We picked

Big WARNING DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! If you change your mind about your purchase good luck for your money back! Your own money will stress you!!!!!

Run away as fast as you can, dont get robbed. We purchased 25 boxed of no knot KUMAR was more than helpful, as we paid if full and were really happy, we asked him about padding and delivery, his response - dont worry ill take care of you - included in price. when we came to get delivered story changed. $200 delivery + $100 padding extra. No promised of no knots. They can not guarantee product will be in good shape.We paid 15% restoring fee, since we did not want to end up with broken garbage.

Purchased engineering wood at this store for my daugheter's bedroom in her condo. We got 30% of damaged planks, so we have returned them, but they did not want to exchange them. After heated discussion, they exchanged them and we got good plans in original packages, unopened. SO, they sold us damaged good, pretending to be good one and we had to fight to get it exchanged. I feel I was cheated in this store, would not recommend to anyone to go there.

I have bought st Lawrence hardwood floor they told me its made in Canada but its not they copy and also its damage, I spent $12000 and I called they did not respond back and I told them I will call consumer protection act lady wife owner said go a head and hang up the phone on me. because of spending all my money and I didn't have more money to buy from somewhere else I did call Raj the owner he ignore me too. please people when ever you buying something first read a review about it then

Had an excellent experience. I had tried many flooring companies in the past, but brampton hardwood has been the best of all. Salesman Kumar was brilliant in his services and had assisted me in choosing the best hardwood for my floor while throughly keeping my expectation in mind.

All the other negative reviews aren't a coincidence. They are all right! Wished I had read the reviews first. I would of have NEVER bought from them. Buy somewhere else!!! It's worth it to pay more then have to deal with this company! Customer service 0 stars. Oh they'll do cartwheels to get your money, but squat when you call them out on a mistake that they've made. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

The worst company to buy for flooring from. Once you make a purchase you will not be able to cancel or return, even if you bought an hour ago and the delivery is not until next week.

BRUTAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I will never deal with this company again. After waiting for 2 and a half months for my flooring when it finally came in they acted like they did me a favour, I went in to paid the remaining balance, asked to see the flooring they said I couldnt.when my boyfriend arrived to pick it up they couldn't find it (they called me said it was in) they told him it might be at a different warehouse. he got upset to which the ladyresponded "it's just down the street I don't see the problem" ... really.

I've bought hardwood from many suppliers. This was the worst experience in my life. I would never go back, and never recommend them.

POOR SERVICE / EMPTY COMMITMENTS / IN-EFFICIENT OPERATIONS / NO FOLLOW SKILLS For a company that has been in business for the length of time, i will remind you that price is often replicated but good service build loyalty. Continue to treat your customers this way and sooner than later their experiences will spread like wild fire.

I am a repeat customer of Brampton Hardwood. The customer service and selection at the store was amazing and the samples they provided really helped us decide on what to use. Our home looks fantastic with our new hardwood floors.. They then matched everything perfectly with the new hardwood flooring. Installation was great, clean and professional. I would highly recommend Brampton Hardwood to everyone interested in upgrading their floors.

Amazing prices on hardwood floors

When I went to Brampton hardwood, I would have to say they had a sale on more than half of their floors. The sales staff was helpful but more importantly they were knowledgeable. The floors I picked out were really good quality but I got them for a much cheaper price than anywhere else I looked. If you're in the market, I would definitely give this place a try.
