    Do not hire!

    I paid Joe Murphy, Vantage Exterior Maintenance, in full for a snow removal contract for winter 2014/2015. He never showed up despite my calls and emails. I had to hire someone else. When I finally got a hold of Joe, he promised a refund then continued to make excuses. Still has not refunded my money

    This past winter ...

    This past winter was one of the worst in a very long time! Our property, which had to be done all by hand, was cleared for us every morning we came out to go to work, after hearing that many of our friends snow contractors bailed on them half way through the season, we very much appreciate all the hard work Joe did at our property, also during the ice storm, they came and removed a tree limb that had fallen on our driveway. I would highly recommend Vantage Exterior Maintenance! We have signed up for a second season with them without question. A+ for service and reliability! Thanks Joe!

    Joe is unorganize...

    Joe is unorganized and ran out of supplies 2 times for a simple 4 hour job when I tried to contact him to return to finish the job at least 4 times he would not respond(if he did he would not commit) and when he did boo with me to finish, I came home from work during the day, and he was a no show and no call. I would not recommend Joe Murphy for a job, unless you want an unfinished, unorganized job with complaints. We finished it ourselves. Good luck.
