Using Amann's family tradition, had a fella on the phone talk me through taking my dryer apart suggested the problem , got my replacement part... installed it ....after they explained how to do it... they saved me money ...could have been told it was unrepairable ....my husband was ready to buy a new one...My oven stopped working I'm getting my part Saturday and installing it myself ..61 year old female .. I find this place very helpful ...new location more convenient... These people are great
