I've order twice times from O'neill's, first time the food was luke warm. Second time it was cold. Third time they left me on hold for 10 minutes and when I called back I got a "Yea, we're busy."
The food is mediocre, the service is lousy and the price isn't worth putting up with the hour plus wait for what your order.
Would not recommend to any one.
I've been eating at O' Neil's Resturant for over 22 years, the staff are amazing, the delivery is fantastic and the food is to die for! I've always loved the wings. however they have just out done them selves with the burgers. If you haven't tried O' Neil's then you've been missing out!
Home of the Pugger!
I've eaten my fair share of burgers. I love an amazing burger. The first time I had a pugger from this place, I think I died and went to heaven. For under 10 bucks you can get a 1lb pugger burger with onion rings and a coke. Want to add another 1lb patty only 3.50.
the place is nothing special but the guys that work the grill are the bomb. I have nothing but the highest review for this burger joint. Everything is hot and fresh and you can even have a choice of mayo.
I've been over 5 + times and I even get my friends from out of town to come.
a+ all they need to do next is serve beer!
O'Neill's is definitely the place to go for burgers in Hamilton. Their quality and quantity cannot be beat. The pugger is a one pound burger served with onion rings. I have never and could never eat one myself. I usually have the Dublin, which is a half pound with fries, and I never finish, there are so many fries and so much burger. O'Neill's also have many other "party" foods like wings, mozza sticks, deep fried pickles and jalepeno poppers. It is not a sit down place though, just a small place with a small waiting area. Well worth trying, and well worth the money. Also another location on Upper Wellington.
Great food! The Not so Nachos is hugh enough food for 2 people. fence fries chili cheese onions hot peppers and sour cream! It was delish!
The staff is friendly and having fun while they work.
Great burgers and more fries than we could eat. The food was hot and fresh. My one complaint about the food is that I would have liked to see romaine lettuce in the salad as opposed to iceberg.
