Nails For You

I can't even put a star!!! Don't go to this place. 0 customer service! Very unprofessional! They talk between each other in their language and then laugh! Plus they are not professional for nails at all! Not accepting debit/credit card. Instead they have an ATM that charges you extra fees too! Don't ever try! Was a very stressful experience ?

Went for a solar refill and showed them the design. During the procedure I felt like they were doing nothing but taking shortcuts to make my nails looking exactly how I didn’t expect them or asked for. Asked them for a light grey to white ombre and instead got nails that look nothing like the ombre effect, but instead two blocks of colour (pic of expectation vs reality below). Not only that but they didn’t even talk the time to see if they were even to each other glitter particles were mixed in.

I got my eyebrows waxed here and it was a big a mistake. The lady didnt wash her hands and I ended up with a really bad outbreak all across my eyebrows and theyre still red and swollen. My eyebrows arent even matching after all this.

Admittedly, going in on Mothers day was not a good idea on our part. You could tell they had brought in extra nail technicians and tried to move customers through as fast as possible. But, I was really disappointed in the quality of the work. None of my nails were the same length or the same size, and every time I pointed this out it just got worse, to the point where I just gave up, paid and left. I do not plan on ever going back.
