    We hired thames v...

    We hired thames valley fence and decks to build a custom deck for us.Right from the start they were very informative about all the different materials and what to expect over time with aging and proper care of our deck as well. There crew built us a deck beyond our expectations. They added a lot of extra details that we hadn't expected and would recommend them to everyone

    Do not ever hire ...

    Do not ever hire these people to build your deck they are not trustwothy the workmanship is shody and his cuts are all over the place deck railings are loose and boards are breaking and when calling him back to come and fix the problem our calls are being ignored there is better and trustworthty deck builders out there do not make the same mistake.

    Everyone at Thames valley fence and decks strives to perform at top levels and we regret to hear of your rare poor experience. All our decks are built to a high standard and pass all provincial standards for safety. Pressure treated material dries out over time and crack and shrinks as was discussed at the initial design meeting. With summer being our busiest time of year we make every effort to address your problems in a timely matter.
