Service department needs service

Service department needs help, they seem to be overworked and a bit brusk, Bought some winter tires and wheels there one did not fit well according to the mechanic, Tires are overpriced and they just get them from a tire seller and mark them up.Charged me full price to learn tpms despite spending large for tires and wheels, thought they might cut me some slack since it doesn't take much for them to do that. I go to the other dealer now as just don't feel they are trying to earn my business.
