Would give a 0 star if I could. Extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL customer service couple. Do not know how to speak to people, do not answer the phone and Ignoring my calls and used inappropriate language when speaking, told me to shut up and stop asking stupid questions when I tried inquiring. Kept making up excuses and lies to why the shipment wasn’t ready over 2months. Business owners needs to be shut down and reevaluated their plans in order to service THEIR “customers” better. Don’t support

They promised to deliver my barrel to st Lucia in on month , now is almost two months and still no barrel last time I spoke to them they say it’s still sailing

To all you people that are saying this shipping company is the best and the only one you will uses something is wrong with all of you minds their customers services is the worst they are rud when you called

I am writing to tell all Jamaicans and Caribbean Nationals NEVER to use this shipping company. The owner and his wife are dishonest and disrespectful people. They lie about the time you will get your stuff. The way they speak to customer is mind boggling. I have to wonder how they are still in business. This was my first time using them and the LAST. Save yourself the headache and plan ahead. Use another company. They are truly terrible!!!!

Very terrible customer service.Pick up never on the time arranged ,the two males who pick up very rude.......At the office the Indian woman (owner wife) was very rude...... .I am not doing business with these people again nor recommend anyone to that type of service. ...Little do they know they need our money more than how we need their waterdown service.They need to ...Get it right ....21 Century Customer Service....cut out the sloppiness....!!!!

Very bad service, unreliable. Been over 2 myths and still haven't received barrels from Montego Bay!

They are honest and reliable. Both in Canada and Guyana. This is the only company my mom wants me to ship with because it's hassle free when she goes to receive her barrel, unlike other company I've shipped with in the past.

The prices are affordable!! The timing is realistic and honoured. Staff is accommodating. I walked in (first time) and the boss offered my sons a cold drink before even addressing me..it was 30degrees..it was a concerning gesture that I appreciated! Will use again!

Q-Trex International Shipping are the worst. And I'm saying so boldly. The owner has no respect for his customers. Between my friend and I we shipped 16 barrels and was told it would take 4 to 5 weeks. It's now going on the 7th weeks and the barrels have not reached it's destination. The owner made it clear to me that no other company don't ship barrels at his price which that is true but $20 less is nothing to be cocky about. If you say 4 to 5 weeks then that's what people looking for. Price do
