    Call Center at it...

    Call Center at it's worst. Try getting a supervisor in the evening and you'll be told someone will call you back tomorrow during business hours. What call enter does not have a supervisor to take calls in the evening?

    You have been very professional and very helpful, and both my wife and I appreciate that. Our experience with you has proven to be one of exceptional satisfaction, an experience that is not often replicated in today's business environment.     Great customer service

    I have recently switched my service from your competitor. One of the reasons for the change was poor customer service. Your representative’s great professionalism and customer service demonstrated by this employee certainly is one of the reasons why you all received the awards. I have a contract for a year. I look forward to receiving electric service from Summit Energy

    Extremely pleased

    I just wanted to let you guys know that I'm extremely pleased with Summitt Energy service. No hidden fees or variable rates. Only honest service that is easy to deal with. They've taken a load of stress off of me with their outstanding work.

    Great rates

    I have been a customer for about a year and a half. During that time I have spoken with several different representatives and every time, without fail, each one has been upbeat, informed and patient. I know that when I call, my call will be answered with a smile. Great rates and great people.
