Capers On Location

Amazing every time I have the pleasure to work an event that uses Capers. The selection has no comparison. From vegetarian to different ethnic cusine they offer something for every one. The desert table has so many choises you cant say no. The staff is friendly and helpfule and always professional. By far the best serves and quality you can ask for. George C

Very flexible staff, was able to do a lot of last minute changes including a significant increase to our lunch count just hours before our meal time. Serving staff was very well presented and friendly. Couldn't help myself at the dessert table, had to indulge. Would strongly recommend Capers and look forward to working with them again.

I have tried many caterers for my events until I found Capers Catering on Location over 7 years ago. They are by far the best. Shaire and her crew are experienced, always professional and provide superb and delicious meals to suit every preference. They are reliable, flexible and are equipped with dedicated staff and can make changes at the drop of a hat in order to accommodate. The menus are creative and delicious. Try them. You will not be disappointed.

Food is horrible because: 1) Kitchen staff speak little to no english + recipes are incorrectly followed. 2) Kitchen staff do not wear gloves or hairnets. 3)Management cares more about flowers than food. 4)Server's don't care about serving correctly due to poor treatment from management. 5) Cockroaches. Cockroaches everywhere. 6)Nothing has every been cleaned in 30 years. All equipment has a lovely lawyer of 30 year old grease, food and gunk. 7)Food safety is obsolete here.

Horrible food. The worst I've had on set. They always start out nice, then the food just gets worse as the week progresses. We will be using other caterers from now on.
