I had been a dedicated customer when I ordered a custom necklace with two initials. The initials were given by email as well as verbally in person directly to Evan. Staff wrote down the initials on the order form. The necklace arrived with the initials reversed and rather than being apologetic, Evan suggested that I gave the wrong information. Even after showing the email as proof, Evan has not apologized or remedied the situation. Lots of other jewelers out there who are happy to take my money

The customer service at London Gold is outstanding ! Evan was so helpful and explained everything we needed to know. He provided us with detailed invoices and was very flexible about providing cheques for us. I would definitely recommend London Gold !

Was considering buying a gold chain from them. Asked them about the manufacter and warranty. The answer was that the chain had been produced by "an Italian supplier" (without naming the manufacturer), that they had never had problems with those chains, but that they did not offer warranties. They do not offer good-will returns either (for on-line purchase!). Sounded dodgy, so I bought from elsewhere.
