Ambience warm and welcoming; very modest prices; food varied, interesting and well-prepared. Interesting wine list and knowledgeable wait staff. We eat here regularly - that is, twice a month, and also bring business associates here; are perplexed by previous grumpy reviewer (2X)with (evidently) ill-fitting dentures.

This is the best restaurant in Peterborough. The food is exquisite. The service is even better. Just tell Jim that Warren sent you. You will be in for a surprise. The frozen chocolate molka cheesecake is the best dessert I have ever eaten.
There are many excellent entre's on the menu. Try the house special "black russian cocktail" before dinner.
This was our first visit to Saporito's.
The decor is excellent, service was very warm and friendly.
The quality of the food was very good.
The prices are a little on the higher side, but you get what you pay for.
We will return to Saporito.

My girlfriend and I attended this restaurant on our 1 year anniversary. I was initially taken by its classy decor, it had an upscale feel to it. The service was good. Very polite and moderately quick. There was some room for improvement in the food. The tomato sauce was quite bland, as were the meatballs. I was expecting something tastier from a place that appeared to nice.
Overall, I would return and give them another chance to impress my taste buds.
