Service has been way faster than years ago. But coffee, latte are horrible. Last time I ordered latte machine has broken so I ordered coffee with 1 milk it was all milk with little coffee and cold. Just thought I try again latte was half full and I think the milk went bad it tasted disgusting!

ordered egg mc muffin with no meat what do I get ? TWO mc muffins with meat and this happens all the time. The screen where you order says NO meat. and you still get meat. Brutal service

Not happy.i went in there at 8:30 pm tonight, stood there for over 5 minutes while about 6 workers went about doing whatever. I waited and not one worker acknowledged me or came over to take my order. Very poor service.a customer sitting close by said the girl who took her order didnt understand English very well and she had to repeat herself quite a bit. Not sure where that worker was while I stood there waiting for service. I walked out and went somewhere else. Not impressed at all
