Terrible Customer Service
From the second we walked into CMH Auto the customer service was abysmal. Our salesman Bruce seemed completely disinterested in the sale.We drove two hours in a snow storm to view a vehicle and were not allowed to test drive it. You have to wonder why they didn't want a potential customer to test drive the car they're trying to sell. Wrote a very long email to the owner who arbitrarily responded that he would "look into it" and get back to us. No response. I would not waste my time going to CMH.

Thanks for review. The day you came was was the worst snowstorm of the winter and even the QEW was eventually closed. For safety reasons we did not allow test drives in those dangerous conditions, especially in a Rear Wheel Drive Chrysler 300. I did follow up with Bruce and let him know you were not happy. He said the vehicle price was $10,000 but you wanted to pay only about $8,000. He explained we have firm but fair pricing at CMH. We do clearly state our pricing policy in our on line ads.
