Rundle's is an amazing dining experience; for Stratford, for New York, or for anywhere! The extravagant food was complemented with a well-orchestrated staff and set in a decadent atmosphere that is both eclectic and elegant. Well done Mr.Rundle; after all these years, you've still got it! There is no question I will return to experience this extraordinary culinary adventure again.

A huge disappointment, especially for the price. The salad was excellent, as was the service and ambiance. However I expected that if a restaurant of this supposed calibre put something like chicken curry on its menue that it would be inventive and tasty, rather than mediocre, and signifiantly inferior to what I can get in many much less expensive Indian restaurants, and in no way compares to what one might get at a good Indian restaurant in New York or London. It was attractively served but that is all one can say for it. And no one, neither maitre d' nor server (a high school student), asked me whether I enjoyed either course, which suggests they too knew the meal wasn't good enough or else did not care. I was glad this was a scouting trip for a much larger dinner with others. Needless to say I did not and will not return.
Food was good but not out of this world great like the price suggests it should be. The staff while very attentive to your water glass did not have confidence during their interactions with us. We found the countdown to the main dish being revealed as simply odd. We were the only ones under 100 in the whole place. Not a place for younger, trendy professionals for certain.

If you like pretentious, this is the restaurant for you. Although the service was excellent, it came without warmth. The food was excellent, but the portions were very small. Dont expect to leave with a bill under $200.
