I'll try to be gentle, "TRAINING" get a grip people, this is supposed to be a restaurant how is it so difficult to grasp. Poor Service, questionable food, and scummy tables make for bad experience.
I keep saying this again and again, either equip the staff with whips and chains to justify the abuse or get some one who knows what service is and fix it, I am surprised the doors are still open.

A group of us went for my Aunt's birthday. There was an "all you can eat" rib special which most of us ordered. When the ribs came, we each got a tiny serving that was quickly finished. We waited for a VERY long the next order. We asked our waitress why it was taking so long. She didn't say much, but soon came back with another small order of ribs that were frozen in the middle! When we told our waitress, she just shrugged and took them back to the kitchen. No discount to our bill was offered. We left feeling hungry and irritated.
