It looks like they don't need your business. Cranky secretary, could not care less about your request for service. Eager to get rid of you but not before asking for your credit card number to cover their possible trip to your door. At the end of the day, no appointment, no phone call. A waste of time dealing with unprofessional yo-yo's.
