I always love going into the store and choosing my arrangement from the wide assortment of flowers in the back. I was thrilled to receive flowers from the flower shop because I didnt know that was a service that was offered. The flower arrangement was so beautiful and it lasted such a long time!

Bug infested orchid flowers buyer beware!!

Purchased a $49.99 orchid flower which was bug infested. I returned to the store with the plant within a week. No refunds or exchanges even though merchandise was defective. Store owners refused and accepted no responsibility! What a joke this place is!!! Store owner said he purchased items at auction and they would not refund him his money. I have bought many items from this place in the past and never had a problem re: bugs. However the manner in which I was dealt with regarding this incident will prevent me from ever buying anything again from DMP again. Extremely disappointed consumer :-( :-(
