    Would give a 0 if I could. horrible customer service. Unreliable. they take reservations but don’t hold them. cars not available. had a reservation to pick up a car at a Mtl dtn branch. On my way there, was told by a rude customer service agent that they had no clue when the car will in fact there then he hang up on me. I called back and fell on an even ruder manager and was told that no cars will be available and to go back home. avoid at all cost! so many more reputable better car rental comp

    Globe car rental, a very bad, unpleasant and unreliable service, the cars are always misinspected to trick the customer. Run away and save your money and yourself the trouble of dealing with this crooked company, manipulative marketing, financial abuse and credit exploitation not to mention bad customer service and unreliable management

    Unsubstantiated damage claims: My husband rented a van in Nov 2020, for 24 hours, from Globe Car& Truck Rentals. He took their CDW insurance. The van had multiple pre-existing minor damages. He had no accidents and returned the van in the exact same condition. More than 6 weeks later, they have charged his card more than $1000 claiming a new damage (with no proof) exactly at the site of a pre-existing damage based on their own sketch. No estimate nor proof of repairs was provided.

    Ive rented before and been satisfied. However, not last rental. I experienced a problem (fault of GlobeCar) and extremely poor customer service. After confirmation of my reservation I arrived to a closed rental office with NO possiblity of contacting anyone at GlobeAuto and NO indication of holiday opening hours. After waiting 2 hours, the car was not ready so I was offered another (gas guzzler). Horrible customer service. Unwilling to consider my enormous inconvenience and compensate appropriat
